At Sundowner Clare Valley, our aim is to offer you functional and creative solutions to ensure your next conference or meeting will be an outstanding success.

With two conference rooms to choose from, our conference rooms are suitable for meetings up to 60 people set theatre style, 50 set classroom style or 40 if you select the U-shape style. There is also the option of going boardroom style which ranges from 15-50 people and cocktail for up to 120 guests.

Flexible, quality food and beverage options, can be discussed with our Conference Coordinator and if staying the night discount accommodation for conference guests can be arranged.

Conferences with Sundowner Clare Valley are taken care of with the following equipment supplied; Projectors, screens, TV, DVD, note pads and pens. Full office facilities are also available upon request.

If you want to try something different, our BBQ gazebo by the pool is a great area for something more fun and relaxing.
